Payroll Administrator

Due to the expansion of Empire Recruitment, we are seeking a Payroll & Accounts Person to work in the Cavan Office.  This is a great opportunity to join a growing company.

Job Description


  • 3 Years experience using a Payroll Package, Micropay experience would be beneficial
  • Completing weekly and monthly Payroll
  • Issuing P45s
  • Completing the P30 Return on a monthly basis
  • Calculating and Recording Staff Holiday Entitlements
  • Chasing timesheets from our clients to ensure Payroll is completed in time

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

  • Inputting of Supplier Invoices onto Sage
  • Monthly Payment to Suppliers
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Vat Returns
  • Issuing Weekly Invoices to Clients
  • Collection of Weekly/Monthly Payments from Debtors
  • Answering telephone

Salary is based on Experience
