Warehouse Operative

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Warehouse Operative to join our client in Dublin 11. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations while providing exceptional customer service to their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing:
    
   • Receive, process, and prepare orders for dispatch.
    
   • Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labelling of products.
 
2. Customer Service:
    
   • Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to their needs.
    
   • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
 
3. Stock Management:
    
   • Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment.
    
   • Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
 
4. Health and Safety:
    
   • Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
    
   • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
 
5. Teamwork:
    
   • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
    
   • Support colleagues during peak periods and assist in other areas of the warehouse as required.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service role is desirable.
• Excellent level of both written and verbal English.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
