Our Client whom is a leading provider of comprehensive security solutions for Global Blu-chip clients, supporting a mutitude of sites across the EMEA region. They are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Security Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, Install, Commission, Maintain and Repair the following:
*Enterprise Access control systems
*IP/Networked CCTV systems
*Standalone and Integrated Intercom systems
*Gate automation systems
Customer Service
Deliver the highest level of customer care and technical support with a strong focus on providing excellence daily.
Maintain professional communication with clients via phone, email and in person.
Document all operational ctivities, including system designs, configurations and service reports.
Team Collaboration
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve daily targets and meet customer SLAs/KPIs.
Participate in the on-call rota to provide emergency support as required.
Ensure all work complies with relevant industry standards and Health & Safety regulations.
Requirements
Experience
Minimum of 4 – 5 years' proven experience in designing, installing, and maintaining Electronic Security Systems with a deep focus on C-cure, Lenel and Gallagher Access Control highly advantageous.
Traceable work history in the industry with references to support.
Technical Skills
In-depth knowledge of electronic security and technologies.
Proficiency with leading security products and platforms(e.g., Gallagher, C-cure,Lenel, Honeywell, Axis,Genetec, Bosch).
Understanding of networking principles and system integration.
Experience with door & gate automation systems advantageous.
Certifications
Full clean driving license.
Up-to-date Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications (preferable).
Third level education advantageous.

Residing in Ireland and authorized to work in all countries within the EMEA region.
Willing to travel frequently across EMEA as required for periods of time.
Monday – Friday with some weekend work as requested to match the needs of our clients.

€55,000 - €64,000
