Perform precise setting out of construction works
· Establish reference points, grades, and benchmarks to ensure accurate measurement and alignment.
· Reading & interpreting drawings for layouts, materials
· Planning works in an efficient manner
· Maintaining the site records
· Maintain highest level of Health & Safety standards
· 2 years + experience of Setting-Out
· 3rd level degree in Construction/Civil Engineering
· Full Drivers Licence
€55,000-€65,000- D.O.E.
