Retail Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the new store, driving sales growth, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. • Address and resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and product display.

Marketing and Promotions:

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in retail sales, preferably in the home improvement or luxury goods sector.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using retail management software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
